I will be presenting at the inaugural Practical Product Lines conference in Amsterdam on October 20 and 21st. I will be presenting a case study on the SystemsForge product line titled "A High Volume Software Product Line".
The session description:
A product line designed to generate hundreds or thousands of
applications a year has unique requirements. Support for
Domain-Specific Language evolution is particularly important, as is the
ability to automate elements of the entire project lifecycle - from
specification and quotation to documentation, maintenance and upgrades.
The SystemsForge product line has been used to build hundreds of web
applications over the last few years. In this case study we'll review
what has worked, what hasn't worked, and what we're currently focusing
on to create a more scalable solution.
